Suri Aveja-DeBethune

Before joining the MD Architects team, Suri graduated from IUPUI (Indianapolis University-Purdue University Indianapolis) with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She’s now been with the firm for over a decade and has evolved from an Interior Designer into a Studio Director. Leading the Indy Studio Four, she guides her team of Project Managers, Interior Designers, and Graduate Architects through each project phase. Her design experience includes animal care and veterinary projects, as well as commercial design.

Outside of work, Suri loves glamping and exploring new places with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. As an active member of the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana and OPTIONS Class 16 alumni, she also dedicates some of her time to volunteering and networking.
