Matt Collins

Matt brings over 25 years of design experience to MDA. His background includes working on projects in a variety of industries; K-12, churches, retail, commercial, and animal care. On a daily basis, he manages the production of construction documents and runs construction administration for several ongoing projects of differing sizes. Part of Matt’s responsibilities is to make the construction process as smooth and stress-free as possible for both the client and contractor.

He finds professional motivation from the idea that buildings hold the power to enhance the life and well-being of people within them. Outside of his regular MDA responsibilities, Matt is also the office handyman and can often be found fixing up the 100+ year-old building of the Indianapolis studio.

In his time away from the office, he’s an outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hiking, and playing games with his family. He also spends his time as a volunteer at his local church food pantry and children’s ministry.
