Kim Richardson

Construction Management

Kim comes to MDA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and years of experience in the construction industry. She’s managed multifamily, commercial, healthcare, veterinary, and specialty construction projects.

As a Construction Project and Client Manager, Kim reviews submittals, RFI’s, and COR’s, and pays applications. She’s also a part of the bidding process, quality checks, and supporting a project through its construction phase. Kim acts as a liaison between the clients and the firm to resolve issues, address concerns, and coordinate as needed. She thrives off of a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and is consistently motivated to always be a better person than she was the day before. Kim’s positive and encouraging energy is well-known in the MDA company culture, and she’s quick to support our growing team.

Born and raised in St. Lucia, she moved to the U.S. at the age of 15. She's an avid language learner – currently speaking English, Spanish, and Creole, and in the process of mastering Korean and Japanese (with her sights set on Mandarin soon too!) Outside of becoming fluent in other languages, she loves spending time with her family, discovering new restaurants, traveling, singing, dancing, and writing music.

Kim's Favorite Quote:

“Everything happens for a reason.”
