Allison Ball

Before her time at MDA, Allison earned her Associate Degree in Business Management. Since then, she has compiled 5+ years in the human resources industry and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree at IUPUI.

When it comes to managing the Indianapolis studio, Allison is a jack of all trades. She’s typically the first face to greet visitors and clients, and the voice you hear when phoning the office. In addition, Allison helps manage HR responsibilities, employee onboarding, assisting CORs and pay apps of Project Managers, and coordinates all office events and functions.

Outside of work, Allison is an avid fiction reader and loves to cook. She has her sight set on one day taking a food tour across the world to explore the many cultural and diverse cuisines.
