VCA Woodford Animal Hospital

Overview

This ground up 24-hour general practice hospital was designed to fit within the gorgeous Kentucky countryside. Our designers were heavily inspired by the impressive horse barns in the area and wanted to include a modern twist.

The exterior features a heavy timber breezeway and a standing seam roof that harmoniously waterfalls onto the exterior walls. The interior includes an expansive waiting area with exposed wood trusses, standing seam accents, and a concrete-looking tile to enforce the modern barn design. VCA Woodford also features separate dog and cat waiting areas, a dog park, and a detached crematorium.
