Northwest Eye Surgeons Center and Clinic

This project is a relocation of an existing medical facility into a vacant Ross Dress for Less store located in a Shopping Center. The team was challenged to meet zoning requirements for pedestrian streets and provide privacy for medical use. The surgery center is the first certified for procedures with General Anesthesia for Northwest Eye Surgeons, and the design implemented a modular wall system for future flexibility.
