Rick Renschen

President | Founder | Architect

AIA, AAHA, LEED AP, NCARB

Before founding the firm in 2000, Rick graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and Environmental Design degree. Despite his work beginning with human healthcare, its grown and expanded into designing and planning animal-centric facilities and a variety of commercial spaces. His architectural projects can be found across the country spanning a wide range of styles and sizes.

Supplementary to serving as President and Founder, Rick's focus lies on business and project management, feasibility, and schematics. He remains closely tied in overseeing the development and design process of each project. As a member of the American Institute of Architects, U.S. Green Building Council, AAHA, and AAWA, Rick is also an active participant and leader in the architecture industry.

When Rick isn't running the business, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids (and Cash, his Red Labrador Retriever), downhill skiing, wake surfing, and mountain biking.

Rick's Favorite Quote:

“The Architect who combines in his being the powers of vision, of imagination, of intellect, of sympathy with human need and the power to interpret them in a language vernacular and true – is he who shall create poems in stone.”

- Louis Sullivan
