Northwest Eye Surgeons Center and Clinic

This project is a relocation of an existing medical facility into a vacant Ross Dress for Less store location in a Shopping Center.  The team was challenged with meeting zoning requirements for pedestrian streets and providing privacy for medical use.  The surgery center was the first to be certified for procedures with General Anesthesia for Northwest Eye Surgeons. The design implemented a modular wall system for future flexibility.
