· Design Development Design development of floor plan with discussion of finishes, furnishings, and equipment Interior materials, finishes, and colors selected/reviewed Architectural detail drawings and schedules developed Architectural materials selected/reviewed Coordination with consultants: HVAC, electrical and others Meetings with specialty equipment reps Furniture/furnishings selected/reviewed
· Construction Documentation Complete architectural drawings for construction and bid pricing, including plans, elevations, wall sections, finishes, casework, and all necessary details Project specification book for construction, materials, performance and warranties Final coordination with project consultants When furniture is included in scope of work, Furniture Specifications Package will be prepared, reviewed with client, and issued for bid to furniture vendors
